Raw, confrontational, seductive, electric, galactic, scandelous, fleshy, and uncomfortably intense. Put together, these words do not do this painting justice. The emotions it evokes cannot fairly be said. You must feel it in person.
I usually write a painfully long narrative about my paintings, but will pass on this occaision. I truly am in love with it and do not know how to say why (I say that at the risk of sounding tramendously cocky).
Photographing it alone has bee a 3-day long struggle. Just so impossible, especially the frontal shot. The layers and reflections do not sit well with the camera. Feel free therefore to trash my photography skills.
